1/23/2024 0 Comments Exporting m3u files from beatunes![]() I thought to export them from Apple Music again and import them back into Audirvana but this isn’t working. This is a pretty big issue for me – Audirvana recently gave me a problem where all of my playlists are suddenly empty, i.e., they all contain zero tracks. I’m not sure if this happened concurrently with a recent OS X or Audirvana update…seems possible but I’m not certain. In the past I’ve exported playlists successfully out of iTunes (now Apple Music) and imported them into Audirvana, so this is a new issue. I looked at the M3U file in a text editor and it’s clean, the data is there and uncorrupted. I’m trying with M3U file type for the playlist. I saved one of my playlists out of Music, used the File > Import Playlist command in Audirvana, and nothing happens. ![]() I’ve also done a delete and clean re-install of Audirvana 3.5.37 (most recent version as I’m writing this post). I’m using a 2012 Mac Mini running Catalina 10.15.5, music files are stored on an external HDD. Get it together, team VOX.OK, checking in the same bug as others reported above…Importing playlists into Audirvana doesn’t work for me. Well, their loss.hope they actually allow their users the control which someone who pays good money to listen to their lossless and hi-res would surely demand.otherwise, I'd just be using my infinite and free mp3 storage providers. It just deterred me from grooming my online collection of Hi_res music. I never knew whether by uploading one of my folders of music, I might be sending CD-quality versions of music I already uploaded as Hi-Res versions, always leaving me reluctant to do anything with my music. Since all music just goes into an online storage that has no way of being looked at outside of their VOX Media Player software, you don't know what's actually been uploaded, so far. After being told the same empty promises of providing a method to actually maintain that much music and doing virtually nothing to come through on their promises, I've had it. ![]() With a heavy heart I just cancelled my VOX Premium subscription with about 400GB of my best Hi-Res music in my account. Note: while VOX is listed as free, there is a "Premium" subscription option that can be purchased for $4.99.
